Template (2002-)
I combine, pile, mix, and paste acrylic geometric pattern templates to make different reproducible patterns, creating new templates. The superimposition of two tools, each with fixed patterns designed for users to “draw and reproduce shapes,” results in the fusing of edges and spaces, integrating into a new set of fixed patterns. With more than one multiplex geometric template rulers, I draw a singular template. It could be said that the origin of a shape came from the synthesis of layers of uncountable shapes.
